I understand that I will cash my consignor check within 60 days or less of receiving the check. If the check is not cashed within that time frame, a $35 fee will be assessed. If your check(s) are not cashed before the next sale season, you will not be able to participate in the upcoming sale.
Consignors may incur additional fees if any battery-operated items they are consigning require a battery replacement during the event in order to show that the item is in working order. Battery fee is $2 per battery.

6) I know of no reason why any item offered for sale by me would cause injury to another.

Tags with no star means the item will be sold during the presale on Thursday evening at 50% off, during the public sale on Friday of the sale at 50% off, and 50% on Saturday, until the sale ends. I understand that the team members helping during the breakdown/sort shift will have the opportunity to shop any items designated as donate at 75% off for 45 minutes before that shift begins as well.
